Job Description

The Director of multi generational diamond business is seeking a highly organized and experienced Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to ensure the smooth operation of his business and personal life. The successful candidate will primarily be based in the London office, with occasional travel to Geneva when required.

 

Key Responsibilities:

● Act as the primary point of contact, managing schedules, emails, and phone calls efficiently.

● Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and transportation, both domestically and internationally.

● Assist in the organisation of events, exhibitions, and special projects, both in London and Geneva.

● Coordinate with the family office on personal engagements ● Assist the House Managers with all HR requirements relating to the Principal’s

private staff.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

● Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably in a luxury retail or jewelry industry.

● Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and polished demeanor.

● Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks undertaken.

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.

● Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information and situations.

● Flexibility to occasionally travel to Geneva and adapt to changing priorities and

requirements.

● Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also being a team player.

● A proactive and positive attitude, with a commitment to providing outstanding support to the executive team.

 

Education and Experience:

● Bachelor's degree

● Previous experience working in a similar role supporting senior executives.

● Familiarity with the jewelry industry and an appreciation for luxury goods is advantageous but not essential.
