A high profile family are seeking an experienced and talented Private Chef to join their team on a freelance basis. They frequently travel between Italy, Provence, and London, and are looking for an individual to create exceptional dining experiences tailored to their preferences.

Responsibilities:

● Plan, prepare, and execute casual to fine dining meals with a focus on quality, freshness, and innovation.

● Create diverse menus that cater to different tastes and dietary preferences.

● Stay updated on culinary trends and incorporate new ideas into the menu.

Travel:

● Accompany them to various locations, including Italy, Provence, and London, ensuring a seamless culinary experience.

● Adapt to different kitchen environments and source local, fresh ingredients in each location.

Menu Planning and Coordination:

● Plan weekly menus, considering dietary restrictions and preferences.

● Coordinate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations during events and gatherings.

● Source ingredients responsibly, considering both quality and provenance 

Requirements:

● Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Private Chef, preferably with experience working in various locations

● Michelin Background 

● Strong culinary skills and a passion for creating diverse and high-quality dishes.

● Ability to cater to different dietary preferences and restrictions. Adaptability:

● Flexibility to travel frequently and adapt to different kitchen environments.

● Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

● Strong communication skills to liaise with household staff and clients. ● Ability to collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations. Professionalism:

● Maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
