Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Housekeeper to join a prestigious Turkish family residing in Knightsbridge, London. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience working as a housekeeper in private households, demonstrating excellent skills in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and organization. Longevity in previous roles is highly valued, and candidates must possess a valid DBS check.
Responsibilities:
● Perform thorough cleaning and maintenance of all rooms, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and common areas.
● Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing surfaces to maintain a pristine environment.
● Responsible for managing and organizing the family's laundry, including washing, ironing, and folding.
● Assist in organizing and maintaining the wardrobe, ensuring clothes are neatly arranged.
● Manage household supplies and ensure their timely replenishment.
● Assist in organizing and maintaining an inventory of household items.
● Handle delicate items and surfaces with care, such as antiques, artwork,
and high-end furnishings.
● Knowledge and experience in handling valuable possessions and following specific care instructions.
● Provide additional support during events or gatherings, ensuring the house is immaculate and welcoming.
● Assist with guest accommodations, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
● Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality regarding the family's personal matters.
● Follow security protocols and ensure the safety of the household.
Qualifications:
● Minimum of 5 years of experience as a housekeeper in a private household.
● Demonstrated longevity in previous roles.
● Valid and up-to-date DBS check.
● Knowledge of high-end cleaning practices and care for valuable items.
● Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
● Discreet, trustworthy, and professional demeanor.
● Ability to work independently and efficiently.
