A high profile UHNW family with a vast global estate is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join their family office as Chief of Staff.
Responsibilities:
As the Chief of Staff, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the family's global estate, working closely with the family's office and team members across their various estates. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of duties, including:

Strategic Oversight: Develop and implement a strategic vision for the efficient management of the family's global estate, ensuring alignment with the family's values and objectives.

Asset Management: Oversee the management of the family's global estate, including properties, investments, yachts, aircraft, and other assets.

Family Liaison: Act as the central point of contact and communication between family members, external advisors, and estate staff, ensuring open and effective communication.

Financial Management: Manage the financial aspects of the estate, including budgeting, investments, tax planning, and financial reporting.

Administrative Leadership: Supervise the administrative aspects of the global estate, including estate staff, schedules, and logistics.

Legal and Compliance: Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements in the various jurisdictions in which the estate operates, working closely with legal advisors.

Security and Risk Management: Implement robust security measures and risk management strategies to safeguard the family and estate assets.

International Travel Coordination: Oversee international travel planning for family members and guests, ensuring seamless logistics and experiences.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
