On behalf of our client we are seeking a very strong House Manager to oversee and launch a super prime luxury rental property in the South of France.

The property is due to launch and come online this summer. 

As such the client is seeking someone to:

● Set up and launch the property

● Create the property 'bible'

● Manage property maintenance and contractors

● Be the main point of contact for guests

● Oversee and manage Household Staff

● Liaise with guests prior to and during their stay

● Already have an established network in the South of France

● Tech Savvy

● Knowledge of operations and systems

● Have prior experience working with UHNWs

● Possess great knowledge of the luxury market

● Be fluent in English and French

● Have a high level service background
